Pros

Abilitu to transfer to other lovations throught the us, Flexible attendance policy, Competitive pay

Cons

I have worked in the Patient Access Department for four years. For the longest I believed that my hard work would one day be noticed. Instead the harder you are a worker the more you're used and abused. Supervisors and manger will let you cheat the company away with murder as long as you are willing to do their job for them. I know because am that favorite. Favoritism and lack of professionalism is unbelievable. I see people's personal and medical life get exposed amongst management just for laughs and it just isn't right. There has been employees that have taken issues to HR and the HR rep went back to the accused manager and threw the rep under the bus. And the Sr manager over the department even told us employees that we are replaceable. They lie and tell u that if u constantly meet production and quality you can go work from home but when it comes to thst time they tell you that the "budget " doesn't cover the equipment. I have been 1st on the work from home list since May2014. It's sad. I could go on and on. Do not work here unless you want to be on antidepressants!!!

Pros

The company continues to make strides in changing the perception of the culture. The new CEO not only promotes Integrity, Mutual Respect and Passion, but seems very genuine in living it daily. Leadership has learned that employees have varying needs that must be met in order to be more successful in their role, contribute to the overall success of the company, and view the company as a positive workplace. Whether it's an attractive bonus structure for financially driven employees, or a flexible schedule for those driven by a better work-life balance, new initiatives are being implemented to meet specific needs and ensure that good employees are retained, and good talent is attracted.

Cons

The changes being made to improve the perception of the culture is a work in progress that is going to take time. Some long time employees and leaders find it difficult to accept and allow some of the new changes, which has lead to frustration of employees in their areas who feel they may not have the same access to the improved opportunities. Additionally, some of the new initiatives and changes are not clearly defined or understood, which can cause confusion and conflict.

Pros

Clean facility and attention to detail.

Cons

Had no care for the technicians who kept the place running. Safety was a joke and training did not exist. Managers were trying harder to manipulate KPI's for their end of year bonuses.

Pros

Great starting hourly pay and benefits package. It was literally the only reason I stayed with them as long as I did. The PTO (Paid Time Off) system was pretty great. Cafeteria with great food. Full access to the built-in gym. They tend to hire some genuinely awesome individuals to be around. If you do happen to move up, it's not the worst place to build a foundation for a career. Most of all...there's really no better feeling in the world than telling a person with a chronic disease that they qualified for assistance and would be getting a $900 medicine for free. Seriously. Best part of the job.

Cons

In my division, the managers absolutely refused to take accountability for many things. Also, if a customer needed or demanded to speak to one on the phone, it was very much like pulling a tooth, if they didn't refuse altogether. The position I worked could sometimes be really emotionally draining. You spend all day talking to ill people who can sometimes be really angry and you just have to be their punching bag because of their situation. Your division could be closed and you could be laid off at any time with next to no advance notice. Unless you've worked your way up, you're expendable and you have to always remember that. The system for calling off of work is WAY too complicated. High turnover. Mandatory Saturday Meetings. If you can't get a babysitter, well, too bad. No designated smoking area, so get ready to spend five minutes of your fifteen minute break walking off of the property for a puff. If you're in an accident and have to take a leave of absence due to being physically unable to work, letters from your physican explaining why it's literally not physically possible for you to work apparently means very little to management.

Pros

Solid company from a financial perspective. Job security due to company's standing and amount of position types available.

Cons

Company is top heavy and generally only pays managers and above fair or above market value. Pay rates are generally lower than geographic standards for like positions.
