You receive Instant benefits, time off, pay, and advancement. Interface is easy to understand. Contact training is always there so that you are up to date on changes.
Cons
Working with this company there are not may vons the worst thing that I can probably say would be an issue is having sick days outside of PTO

Great place to work. Prides themselves on D&I. Have always been able to bring my true self to work. Great pay and work life balance.
Cons
Some departments have little room for advancement but the company is huge so there is always something.

The job was ok. It was super busy, but the pay wasn't great. A great place to work if you're just starting your career. Definitely not a long - term type of job.

The pay is good and benefits are ok.
Cons
You only get two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute break. Supervisors have no clue what they are doing. Training is unorganized. No way to accrue additional PTO. No separate PTO and sick time. It is all combined. You can't even step away to utilize the restroom without management sending you a message to get back on the phones. They do not treat you like a human. Just a number. No preparation for the phone calls. Lack of organization. Trash company to work for.

Good pay and benefits. I’m not confident any place else could match it. I feel like I have some degree of autonomy.
Cons
Leadership of different business areas is not aligned on the most basic of things. Despite lots of people jumping ship there is still a lack of opportunity due to management choosing to hire from outside. Camaraderie was low pre-COVID and is now non-existent.

Loved schedule, great atmosphere, worked from home so that was a plus they provided the equipment for me virtual meetings and training
Cons
Pay is not that great no room for growth within the company decided to move on somewhere else. Job wasn’t for me
