Very poor regard for employees. Company is so metrics driven and operational supervisors are held to ridiculous standards that micromanagement is insane.

very little supervisor support, very clicky, no room for advancement

Brakes were to short

- Not flexible with schedules - very poor communication on a supervisor level - poor incentive program - poor recognition ( we received a bottle of water once a month on a Wednesday 😐). - Not enough is being done for employees for recognition. - No consistency on a management level.

Promotions were not always based on whether you were qualified or not.

Management and Supervisors are constantly changing the rules to benefit them and have no concerns for the patients or workers.

There is definitely a "boys club" mentality. If you are not in it you are out. I was laid off based on a project that did not get completed in time due to resource constraints that my immediate supervisor was well aware of and always kept in the loop. I was not part of the "boys club" Work life balance was terrible. The expectation to work 60+ hours per week was the norm.
