Pros

The work I did got boring, very repetitive, but enjoyable, easy, and stress free.

Cons

Management is HORRIBLE. They lie, talk down to you, and act like they are in junior high. I cannot stress enough not to work in that department. Management will have 1:1 meetings with you and will gossip about it later to employees not holding a management role. They ask for opinions and suggestions but if you speak up, you are questioning your supervisor which you should not do. Then watch out. You are a target. That happened to me and I was moved to sit right in front of my manager. I am not a complainer. I am a hard worker who was striving to do my best and was going above and beyond. Employees are not at all valued. I was also told I couldn't eat lunch at my assigned time anymore, and it was getting changed due to "business needs" when there were 88 other employees on my team and I did not have the role of answering phones or anything. She wanted me to eat lunch alone at a time when no one else was scheduled to go to lunch. If you take a job there, hopefully all the bad managers have been weeded out after turning them into Human Resources.

Pros

Pay was decent. Benefits were decent.... nothing else.

Cons

Workers that are slacking are often lauded the one time they do something good. Workers that consistently give good work are swept under the rug. Favoritism is rampant which disgusts me. There is borderline sexual harassment occurring and for the 200+ cameras they have around the facility, I cannot believe that it was not seen or anything done about it. They do not care about physical or emotional well-being (unless you are a favored worker, then they cater obscenely to you). Supervisors are annoyed when you ask questions and often just send you to another employee to get an answer. They give off this air of not wanting to be bothered at all. Supervisors are usually always on their cell phones playing games. I have even seen one on their phone showing another employee a rather inappropriate video. Again nothing is seen or done. I guess the cameras are just for decoration. Supervisors heavily socialize with the favored workers, slowing work. Again, the workers that DO actually do good work often feel forgotten and left out. Morale is in the pits and I can see why there is high turnover for the decent workers.

No leadership

Pros

They have really good benefits and PTO. They had really competitive pay.

Cons

They don't have any leadership. The managers depend on the supervisors to know what's going on, but they aren't able to assist with any functions of the jobs. The management team doesn't share information with very trust. It feels like you're being lied to, and they don't care.

Pros

Paid 8 weeks 8-10 weeks of training. Bonus received at the end of the month (last pay check) depending on how well your BOT & OPI score. BOT=retail to mail, sending fax requests to doctor offices, submitting renewal requests for Rx's. OPI=good attendance, on time for/from breaks and lunch, etc.

Cons

After January of each year the company seemingly finds a way to fire people or give out write ups. You learn absolutely nothing in training. They base everything on "integrity" which the Supervisors, Managers, and upper management is lacking. Program system is outdated.

Pros

Self starting work, no one looked over my shoulder allowing me to freely work and not worry. My supervisor was very helpful when needed and always on the floor, not off to meetings. Director and middle management were empathetic and were as helpful as they can, most importantly an opened door policy.

Cons

I have no complaints to list
