Great people to work with had a very nice manager who has unfortunately quit now, 401k health benefits nice office place and cafeteria, free snacks and coffee
Cons
No training at all, upper management loves to micromanage every aspect of department, pay is super low for years of experience, does not care about employees or team morale, high school like drama in department, no WFH

Promotions available if you have the drive but not the qualifications, they'll help you learn I had wonderful upper management who were encouraging and supportive Often overtime is available if you're an hourly employee Benefits package is excellent Work-from-home available for many positions
Cons
Not great about work-life balance, expectations for hours worked are high, especially for salaried employees Pay can be on the low side compared to similar positions with other employers

Great pay, benefits and bones. Flexible work time, can work from home.
Cons
Extremely disorganized department, top heavy management, poor work/ life balance, little to no direction, awful on boarding process, little to no guidance regarding development, very high turnover, the department "right-sized" less than two months after upper management stated they would retain the talent they had currently.

Paid 8 weeks 8-10 weeks of training. Bonus received at the end of the month (last pay check) depending on how well your BOT & OPI score. BOT=retail to mail, sending fax requests to doctor offices, submitting renewal requests for Rx's. OPI=good attendance, on time for/from breaks and lunch, etc.
Cons
After January of each year the company seemingly finds a way to fire people or give out write ups. You learn absolutely nothing in training. They base everything on "integrity" which the Supervisors, Managers, and upper management is lacking. Program system is outdated.

Fast paced, lots of great challenges to work thru, great learning environment on different aspects of business. Most upper management is very open and cares about the employees.

Some employees are resistant to change, inner politics. Favoritism. Blinders.

Upper upper management Always try's to do what's best for the employees and patients. Great benefits and PTO package. Very informative on changes.
Cons
Upper management hiring practices are always people that the hirer knows family or friends. If your mom doesn't work there you will never go anywhere.
