Pros

The salary structure changed after I left. There is the opportunity for the salary to increase. There are also, or at that time monthly bonuses depending upon your personal metrics. The people I came in contact with were always friendly. The company provided parking allowance.

Cons

I understand that the company has to have policies in place, but there should be allowances for those who are not abusing the policies and have great work ethnics. Some scenarios should be handled on a case by case basis. There are no longer separate departments and I believe this makes it difficult to become a SME to provide a high level of customer service.

Shift bid every 3-4 months , great schedule, work from home days , great environment, support from managers

Cons

Their occurrence system, can be very unfair as it can lead to you being fired, they do not consider any situation, very strict
