A couple of months ago they changed their administration in Mexico City from Mexican to India and as soon as that happened they started reducing bonuses, getting excuses for not paying them and reducing costs in all possible ways making it from one of the best jobs I've had in the beginning, to even the worst coffee I've ever tasted, late paychecks, etc.

Firstsource pay wasn’t too great $14 was ok for me since I would be working from home and kids school wasn’t too far so I made it do what I could. I enjoyed working there but the assignment ended

14 low pay raise wasn’t too much

Too many to list, terrible management, awful corporate chain of command, every single issue I brought up took weeks to get back to me
