      Low pay, hires anyone with a pulse creating massive skill vacuums and issues. Recently stole a week worth of pto from every employee Removed multiple holidays off the calendar when met with cost of living adjustment requests, gave fake promotions to employees, then purposefully waited 6-8 months so they fell in line with normal yearly increases so they could combine both into one insulting 2% increase
