They literally watch everything! Cameras are required now during training and on production. No PTO until 12 months of employment. Pay is bare minimum. Supervisors ask what you’re working on every second of your shift!

Equipment is old and the furniture and chairs are falling apart in some areas of the office including where new hires are trained. Advancement is almost impossible and the harder you work the more you will be taken advantage of without any real incentive. Some leadership roles have been removed and departments seem to be downsizing. There are no work from home options when most of these jobs can be done remote but management likes to micro manage. Rules are only enforced for some. We are not supposed to be on phones but some people watch Netflix at their desk with AirPods in. There are a lot of cons.
