Lots of help from floor managers and even the employees. Fun activities were offered to try and make the work more enjoyable.

Cons

Pay was terrible, no room to move up. Upper management is completely unfair to all employees. Bad communication throughout the whole company.

I started my career at Firstsource in 2019 and it has been going great. If you are starting your career in mortgage domain, this is a great place to being with. At this organization you will have good exposure which will enable you to climb the career ladder quickly. One unique thing about this org is you have lot of scope to learn from managers who guides and supports as mentors and regular internal Mobility programs to test our skills and step up.

I feel the Org needs to work on better Incentive plans.

Poor culture, corrupt managers and HR. Left negative reasons for my resignation, none were addressed internally including unwanted physical sexual harassment. Nothing on record and my resignation is not on file. Complaints made about colleagues and no action taken. Toxic culture and corrupt managers paying colleagues to keep quiet

Work from home capability, can be flexible with enough notice.

Cons

Starts and ends with management. 1 supervisor was good. The managers are awful, enjoy bullying people. Long hours, constant system issues that they demand you clock out until they fix it then still expect 8 full working hours for their own system issues. Pay is LOW. They lied and said it was hourly, then after training they tell you about matrix pay. Paid holidays mean nothing if they overload OT on to "make up" for time missed.
