Doesn't listen to anyone who is legacy and doesn't seem to care about their opinion. Attitude is to fire people who voice their opinion because they might be being negative, even though there is no proof that it's effecting moral. Was in a meeting where they gave an 'hypothetical' situation of this, and their response really was just to try and get rid of the person.
Company hired DCTs (back when it was two companies starting a merge) promised a raise in 6-9 months and didn't deliver because of the merge. Won't even bump them up in pay to the level that they're hiring new staff on. Upper HR seems very cold and distant on the issue and doesn't seem to care.
Their help desk is horrible when you try and get help they don't respond for weeks on end. This is largely due to what appears to be rather really poorly organized merge of systems between the system, so it might go a way given enough time.
Benefits cost shot up. And they hide it under the guise of this HSA, which seems like a good idea for anyone who is 100% healthy for years on end. We had better and cheaper benefits before.
Manager and Managers Managers don't even visit the sites, they just sit up at their offices and don't interact with any of the front line staff except through email.
Upper management is really disconnected. They only seem like all numbers people and only things they care about is the money aspect. Don't seem to really care about the people or how the operations go.
They run unlimited PTO but they do a skeleton crew so trying to find availability is tough.
Long 12 hr shifts for customer interacting positions. Don't care to up staff to even give people 4 days x 10 hrs, it's 3 days x 12 hrs. So if you have life outside of work, you don't while on shift. You get a longer weekend. It works for some and some actually like it.
