I have 5 t-shirts, whereas all the negative reviews here mentioned they only got a couple. In all seriousness though ,it's a great place to work. It has its quirks like any other place, but it's hands down better in every aspect than any job I've had, and I've worked for companies that have won "best employer" and other awards of that nature. When there is an issue brought to management, and yes they occur like in every company that has ever existed, they do their part to make sure it's addressed. It's my position that those that feel outcomes are unfair are those on the tail end of the "you can't please everyone" camp. Depending on your job title, you can have a job that is intense, relaxed, boring, or exciting. You know that going into it though, or you should if you ask the right interview questions. The Duck Squad may seem corny on paper when you're looking at the company prospectively, but it's a great part of the culture and it really boils down to food, fun, and food. Expect to gain 15 pounds working here!
