Pros

This field requires me to enter at least 5 words for pros of working here. I'm struggling to come up with one. Free t-shirts, I guess?

Cons

Where do I begin? Sales culture is so toxic, sales reps are not appreciated or valued, they are seen as disposable. They're not well compensated, and management will do less than zero to support them. Customer service is even worse, and will sabotage accounts, making it impossible to sell anything. Sales reps: do yourselves a favor and pick any job other than this one.

Thank you for taking time to provide your feedback. We will use your feedback and a recent employee survey to better understand what we are doing well and what we need to improve upon. Our goal is to develop people and provide training to raise awareness of the issues you have mentioned, at weekly Sales and Customer Service meetings. After evaluation of our Sales commission plans to other similar businesses, we have found them to be very fair. I wish you future successes.

Very toxic environment with a lot of smoke and mirrors.

Pros

They will give you a free t-shirt or two.

Cons

You get verbally abused. The best employees feel like they are constantly walking on eggshells because the owner is so unpredictable and the Team Leads do not have the employees backs. There aren't any ways to get promoted. The only way people get promoted is if the company creates a position for you. Raises are given by the owner of the company at some point each year and the raise is determined by how she feels about you at the moment. There are about 80 employees in the company and the owner, Bridget, is so far removed from the employees that she has no idea if people deserve a raise or not. Only accept this job if you don't have any other options, but please continue to look for other positions. This company does a really good job and making you feel like it's the best company in the world, but once you're actually in it, you'll see the truth. All of the employees that have been there for a long time want out and hate their jobs. ALL. OF. THEM!

Toxic Company

Pros

Free tickets to shows, free snacks sometimes, good team mates to talk to and relate with.

Cons

Team leads are not team leads, they are managers. Favoritism is rampant in this company. If upper management likes you, you will go places. If they dont like you, every excuse will be found to have you fired. It is also strange how team leads or those promoted are caucasian. No objective evidence on who gets promoted or is put as a team lead. No structure regarding raises either, no guarantees on getting a raise either. Plenty of talented employees wasted by not having their concerns addressed or their ideas implemented, some of which would greatly improve throughput.
