Amszing services for the communities they serve, Collaborative environment, opportunity to work with very experienced professionals, offers an environment that fosters career growth

Cons

Not necessarily a con but because of the services provided there can be a lot of change at times, this is also a pro in that they keep on top of trends in the market and respond accordingly and you get to be a part of that change!

Meaningful, engaging work. Fraser is a great place to learn and build skills as a mental health care provider

Low pay, short staffing leads to difficulty in classrooms at times.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. Mental health is a challenging field, and at the same time it is truly meaningful and engaging work. We hear this consistently from our staff. We strive to help our staff see what a difference they're making in the lives of children and adults in the community.
