Pros

-Excellent work life balance -Get to make a difference everyday -Awesome coworkers and team -Fun work and projects -Supervisor/Team has my best interests and growth at heart -26 days of PTO -Growth and advancement clearly defined and obtainable - Amazing values -Fraser keeps growing, so more children & families are being served, and more positive change affected every day I work here! Which also means opportunities to grow

Cons

It's a non-profit, so low pay is expected, but Fraser makes up for it through appreciating their employees, work life balance, and benefits/PTO

Thank you so much for your feedback! We agree, we have wonderful employees who make a meaningful and lasting difference in the lives of our clients daily! Our culture really stands apart for this reason. Regarding pay, Fraser compensation team reviews salary data from comparable non-profits of our size and in our industry, then benchmarks pay accordingly. Our goal is to offer competitive pay and benefits for a non-profit organization. In addition, we offer pay for performance providing employees the chance to receive up to a 5% annual pay increase based on merit. Thank you for this feedback. We love seeing our staff grow professionally and have a great work/life balance. We do strive to offer a competitive benefits package. Currently we offer three different plans at different price points to meet the needs of individuals and families. These packages are in line with rates offered through the ACA. In addition we offer dental and vision at reasonable rates. Our employer paid benefits include Long Term Disability, AD&D, and 403b retirement contribution. Fraser offers a generous PTO package that is used in conjunction with maternity/paternity leave. If you would like to discuss our compensation/benefits package further, please contact amanda.prince@fraser.org and we can explore your options together.
