Great company but poor but management are bullies

Great benefits, pension & tons of paid time off.

Cons

Management watches you constantly as if they got nothing else to do & if you make a small mistake by accident they'll write you up & take your raise away. You have to watch your back & stick up for yourself every minute you work there. They wouldn't give me an opportunity to make more money after 6 in a half years of service. I always worked as hard I could everyday & helped people always!!

Leading hospital in community...but I'm sure not for long

Cons

No appreciation for employees, management plays favorites, high turn over rates for nurses. Honestly nurses work so hard for their degree to be treated the way administration treats them. The icu lost 21 nurses in a matter of 3 years. They lost a great ortho team, a great cardiologist,and a great cardiovascular surgeon due to their pride and trying to cut corners. Brag about being debt free but probably have some of the unhappiest employees
