Fair compensation for the area. Time off depends on where worked. This is a non union hospital. Seniority is a perk if you have it. Coworkers can make or break the shift, but that's true anywhere.

Cons

No bonus, no retention bonus. Sometimes a restaurant gift card with x2movie tickets. Upper management: If they don't like you, they ll find a way to get rid of you. Management has their favorites. No career pathways. Education opportunities are limited and no meaningful reimbursement /differential for extra education /certification.
