It’s Employee Appreciation Day and the company has just announced an unlimited PTO plan for all it’s employees! We are a mid-size “unicorn” company, going through major growth and acquisitions. I’ve been with the company for almost eight years and have experienced two major acquisitions. The experience itself is like a MBA case study and has undoubtedly increased the value and experience of each employee’s resume repertoire. I work out of the Chicago office where the culture is fun, laid back, smart and hard working. Nerf guns, scooters, ping pong, Xbox, and catered lunches are commonplace. More importantly, the unique comradery among the employees frequently has us hanging out together outside the office and out of normal business hours. Over the years the company has positively evolved, but like with any major growth company, we have experienced some bumps along the way. From my perspective, the fruits of sticking it out and trusting the company to continue to get better have yielded plentiful. Introducing the new unlimited PTO plan, plus the college tuition reimbursement, professional development opportunities, the ability to work from home, and low-cost health premiums (including a free health screening) strongly demonstrate Frontline’s commitment to its employees and one of its core values of work life balance.

- The Customers. We work with great school districts and administrators. If any of you are reading this, we appreciate you. - Lower Management. Though they are continually shut down by upper management, they tirelessly fight for their employees. They are the true servant leaders. - Long Term Colleagues. They have each other's backs and strive to make the work place more bearable and enjoyable, even as it becomes increasingly more difficult. Though "Old Frontline" is frowned upon by upper management, you make all the difference.
