Pros

They give computer to work.

Cons

Salary is not competitive. Lack of feedback on work Lack of closeness between employee/contract managers Lack of meetings talking about the current state of the company If you are a contractor and the client no longer wants your services, they don't care to find another client for you. they earn a lot of money from your effort. The meetings to join a client are not supported by the FSL, it's you and the customer only on the call (if the customer is not interested in the interview, you're in trouble) Having to keep posting their hours worked. In addition to entering the hours on their platform, you must also enter your hours on the client's platform, this is very bad You have to stay at the company for at least one year, otherwise you have to pay a fee (very high) Difficulty in professional growth There is no solid career plan No additional benefits If you get sick you don't get paid so get well and keep working like a robot

Thank you for your feedback. Please know that 1) we no longer require time entries in Toggl....team members simply enter the number of hours they work each day at the end of the day so that we can correctly pay them for ALL of the time they work. Many of our competitors who pay flat weekly or monthly amounts require extra hours to be worked but don't pay the developers for them. But we want to pay you for all hours worked, hence we ask that contractors bill us for all hours worked. 2) We always try to find new projects for contractors and employees when their current project ends. We are usually successful in doing so, but there are always exceptions. As a contractor, you are running your own small business, which means you get to decide when, where, and how to work. But this also means that you are responsible for your time off.
