- The chance of working as a consultant to different clients, the work doesn't get boring, since you're always getting new challenges. - Well written guidelines and help articles for us engineers, to help boost our performance. - They pay attention to their employees needs, and support when necessary. - Competitive pay in USD.

Cons

- Little to no integration with the other fullstacklabs employees, while working within a client. Makes you feel more like an employee hired by the client rather than a fullstacklabs' employee.

If you ever work in this company, please know in advance that if you get a better opportunity and try to leave, you won't leave on good terms with the CEO, He will make you feel horrible. Now I understand why not a single employee comes back. Once selected They will offer you the min salary you asked for, not a single dollar/peso more. Every employee has to track their working hours in real-time. The company is only focused on profit, Which is the only thing the CEO cares about.
