Good colleagues, salaries above the average, willing to improve, private health, career path. Also, you will find challenging projects and good clients to work with.

Cons

The owners from the US wanna make every single penny they pay you worth. They will ask you to write an article for their blog, or interview, or train new mid/junior employees. They have a lot of documentation and rules to read and follow

The projects are interesting, the family/work balance is real, good clients and excelent team members. The managers are friendly and they care about you. Really good salaries and they pay on time.
