- Free online courses as long as you're not employed for a client. - No hand-holding on your work for the client. - The work hours time-keeping software (Toggl) they require you to use is straightforward and flexible. There are no problems fixing wrong input and it only serves to keep track of time; no additional data is needed.

Cons

They say they'll contact you every 6 months to talk about your salary expectations and negotiation, but I always had to go after them. When I got to it, they offered an 8% bump after 1 year and 6 months.

-High salary compensation -If you work as a full time employee, you get all legal benefits -All communications are in English -Great clients with products build with great technologies

Cons

-Does not have offices (at least in Colombia) so you cannot share with colleagues or meet new people
