Pros

We have good professionals by our side which are always pleased to help. The HR and Staff team is very helpfull in everything we need. I liked a lot the english classes offered.

Cons

I don't have too much to say here, but maybe a more strict roadmap in order for us to get to next levels in terms of position (I mean, where I can go from a senior engineer? What do I need to improve to achieve that)

The process is pretty transparent and honest working for FSL. Full remote work and flexible hours (according to your client) Punctual payment

Cons

It is not clear how you can get a promotion. It would be nice to have more integration between the FSL employers.
