Great clients & projects, clear communicators, smart people, & fun culture

Cons

- Time tracking - Fast pace (it's not that bad) - A little "sales-y" By "sales-y" I mean: They have processes for marketing your dev skills to clients. It can feel a little uncomfortable at first if you're not used to it, but it's in your best interest in the long-run.

Pros

We work with very estrict clients and what we do needs to be delivered perfect. We are always striving for perfection, it’s painful but you’ll get used to that and will definetly become a better professional.

Cons

For developers specially, there’s a lot of pressure and sometimes it’s mandatory to work overtime. That’s not healthy fisically and mentally.
