We have good professionals by our side which are always pleased to help. The HR and Staff team is very helpfull in everything we need. I liked a lot the english classes offered.

Cons

I don't have too much to say here, but maybe a more strict roadmap in order for us to get to next levels in terms of position (I mean, where I can go from a senior engineer? What do I need to improve to achieve that)

FullStack Labs is a fast-growing Software Development consultancy, home to some of the best engineers in the business. It's a great company to work for if you're a self-starter that likes to be challenged. Team members are set up to be successful and there's a great feeling of collegiality. I've met some wonderful people at FullStack Labs, and I appreciate the opportunity I've had to improve my skills and be successful in a dynamic environment!

Cons

When Covid happened the company went fully remote and I miss the opportunity to get together with the team more often. But if being fully remote is your preference, then it's an ideal environment, as the company works very efficiently using all the available tools for successful remote work.
