Pros

Great benefits and salary. You also have bonus pay if you're salaried. Hours are pretty flexible, and working remote is great. Back in March 2020 when covid was becoming a huge concern, they made sure we were doing ok financially. They also ensured that our jobs aren't at risk and we won't need to worry. They have high standards. Everything down to the pixel needs to be perfect, (this is how they get huge clients). You'll notice that these high standards push you to become a better developer. They have some extremely talented developers, and you learn a lot from them. If you're stuck on something, you're able to ask the entire FullStack Labs team for help, not just your project team. Employees are treated very well, especially the ones who take high ownership of their work. If your clients are happy, and the team is happy with your work, you'll be publicly recognized for your work.

Cons

Time tracking feels very tedious. It takes a while to get in the habit of it. In the end, it's how they bill clients to pay you. If you fail to take ownership of your work, expect your managers to get involved. This ties in with their high standards, everything turned into a client must be perfect. If you have trouble doing that, you'll be stressed working here but they give you plenty of chances to improve. After some time, these cons weren't an issue anymore, you just need to adjust to it.

Pros

Great clients & projects, clear communicators, smart people, & fun culture

Cons

- Time tracking - Fast pace (it's not that bad) - A little "sales-y" By "sales-y" I mean: They have processes for marketing your dev skills to clients. It can feel a little uncomfortable at first if you're not used to it, but it's in your best interest in the long-run.

Pros

* Flexibility of work * Competitive salary (Latin America context where I am) * Good extras with the job contract * Great team of developers * Great team of clients * Great quality of employees willing to help and to listen to feedback * Clear management of projects * Payment of extra minutes!

Cons

* Flexibility of work (I know is a contradiction but is hard to explain) * Management of timing for projects * Sometimes work is heavy, but this is kind of compensated by the fact every minute you work is being paid.
