      Fun work enviroment with an employer that cares about his employees

      Pros

      Projects incorporate new technologies which makes development enjoyable and prevents it from getting boring. The process FullStack Labs has for developing apps makes it clear of what needs to be done and makes development a lot easier when working with a team. David really cares for his employees and makes sure working at FullStack Labs is enjoyable.

      Cons

      The current office is small and traffic can get bad at times but FullStack Labs is moving offices soon which should be a major improvement.

      Pros

      I've worked at FullStack Labs for 1.5 years as of this review. I believe everyone here deeply cares about our clients' projects in addition to the technology we use for them. When we're not working on client projects, we're researching (and building!) exciting new technologies, or debating JavaScript architecture on Slack. The company has a palatable culture of excellence and hard work. Each of us takes ownership of our projects. If you can keep up with changes in web technology and you enjoy development, then you'll be a perfect fit here.

      Cons

      Because we're a consultancy and not a traditional company, we have to put in some overtime — sacrificing the occasional Saturday — to meet client deadlines. We're getting better at this as we grow, but there's more work do be done in this area.

      Pros

      This company is focused on creating great work for their clients. Everything is goal and task oriented which creates a clear roadmap for delivering projects on time and within budget. Everyone is very considerate and focused on doing good work.

      Cons

      The current workspace is tight, but the office is moving soon to a much larger location. Can't wait.
