- Great people - Constant feedback - Willing to change processes and procedures to fit the client and employees needs

Cons

Because of the difference in timezones, you will sometimes need to work overtime in order to collaborate and meet client needs. Pro: FullStack Labs will pay you for overtime and provides the opportunity to convert the hours to PTO.

The fullstack labs team is very goal-oriented which contributes to overall growth and working here has been a great experience due to the fact I got pushed outside my comfort zone and was able to learn a lot of new skills.

Cons

Seeking career growth is uncertain and the time management system can be improved.
