Overall, working at FullStack Labs has been a great experience. I got pushed outside my comfort zone and was able to learn a lot of new skills, both technical and non-technical. Management is very understanding of life outside of work.

Cons

There's a lot of process at FSL, and a lot of it boils down to hitting estimates, which are always arbitrary and difficult to get right. Also, using Toggl to track every minute of your day is kind of a nuisance, though you get used to it quite quickly.

In short, a great place to work, colleagues are always willing to collaborate, the company cares about its workers not only in terms of work but also personally, an excellent place if you are looking for professional and personal growth.

Cons

It's all innovation, all the time. You have to love ambiguity and be able to keep moving forward in the face of change.
