Pros

You get to be surrounded by games and cool people who will talk for hours.

Cons

The pay is terrible, Many stores don't give a lot of hours so you're only going to be working with another person on weekends. Many of the shifts are quiet and depending on your manager all they do is push metrics on you. It is a very sales-based job. If you don't perform you won't be there for long.

Pros

Environment and workers make the job a “fun” experience

Cons

Doesn’t pay proportional to the work needed. No bonus or commission even though our job description and requirements match that of a salesman but get paid like a cashier clerk
