Pros

Getting to sell/talk about my interests, nothing beats having someone buy a game you love. Low pressure environment as long as you keep your numbers up

Cons

You will get almost no hours, GameStop has cut hours to almost nothing. Closing alone consistently (even tho it’s against policy). The SM and ASM will get approximately 40 hours a week and other staff will get 6 hours if they are lucky. They also will not fire management, I have experienced managers consistently making racist/homophobic remarks only for them to be “written up” and nothing else.
