Payroll is tight during most parts of the year unless you are in the busiest of stores. If you are efficient with operations, you will have no problem with this. Also, there is a fairly large vacation blackout during the holidays where you are also required to work a few 6 day work weeks. Another thing, 6 day work weeks may also be required when payroll gets tight during the summer.
