Routine job, no stress and be able to spend time with family

Cons

No work flexibility and give H1B visa workers with a low salary, very political working environment

sorry that we lost you, marketing is suppose to be a rewarding job but it requries effort, so I regret that you did not get the most of this position and I hope you do better in your next job. And, our H1b workers receive the same level of salary as you did for the same position

Pros

Most of the people are great.

Cons

"Contract to hire" for entry positions, most people don't last 6 months to be eligible. Pay is competitive with Walmart and doing well does not get you hired, they only open a few positions per year to convert from contract to employee. Just downsized, and planning to replace more people with staff brought over from China. High demands and no support from upper management.
