Management does not care about you. HR does not care about you. Employees come and go, and they do not listen to their employees. We were routinely assigned work over our stated capacity and all pleas fell on deaf ears. Work here if you need to get your foot in the door, but get out as soon as you find a better job.

"Contract to hire" for entry positions, most people don't last 6 months to be eligible. Pay is competitive with Walmart and doing well does not get you hired, they only open a few positions per year to convert from contract to employee. Just downsized, and planning to replace more people with staff brought over from China. High demands and no support from upper management.

Typical Chinese company - long hours, heavy workload, endless night meetings, low pay, rampant discrimination against women particularly new moms. If you take more than minimal leave or vacation , you’re frowned upon. Company leadership will also find all sorts of excuses to kick people out to avoid paying the severance, no matter how long they have been working for the company.
