There were some great people to work with.

Senior Management hardly listened, would take credit for your ideas, make verbal promises and not keep them.

Pros

There are a few (max 10) genuine people at Glide who care for the well-being of staff both in and out of work

Cons

Glide are ethically very wrong, do not care about their staff nor their customers. Will ruin your mental health and will leave you feeling run down everyday. They hire their friends who are not qualified and will put you on the minimum pay. Also very dodgy with how their pay works, glide owe me money they’re refusing to give me. Discriminate against people. Senior members of staff have been told about racist and homophobic things colleagues have said and done nothing. I would advise anyone looking for a job, keep looking. Glide is not the answer
