Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to share your GoCanvas experience with the Glassdoor community! I'm so glad that you enjoyed your teammates! Hiring is the most important thing we do, finding the best people to build fantastic products and serve our customers is so incredibly important to us. And, one of the most frequent compliments we get is about how amazing our team is to work with. As for surprises, I'm not sure what you are referring to exactly. 2020 certainly had plenty of 'surprises' for us and we absolutely pivoted as required (which was a lot) so that we could keep meeting the needs of our customers, who as small to medium businesses were often devastated by COVID. Some of the 'surprises' were delightful however, a Zoom based magic show, commemorative hoodies, and a new product to help our customers get back to work safely during the pandemic. Hey there, Happy New Year! Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Glassdoor community! I couldn't agree more with your assessment of who we get to work alongside and serve. Our customers are in almost every industry and they are all building interesting businesses! Our team, too, is incredible to work with, which has always been true but over the past 12 months of COVID the team has really shown how resilient and caring they are. As for bureaucracy, I'd love to hear more about this in OfficeVibe our engagement platform, or even in Slack. We avoid approval-based processes wherever possible, so I would be interested to hear if some have developed during the frequent pivots COVID demanded and if they are still necessary. Cheers and thanks again for sharing your experience.

Unlimited PTO is a benefit that we know our team appreciates and is only one of the ways we make sure our policies reflect that we care about our team, parental leave is another great example.
