Greenway Health reviews

The most important piece of information I want to share is that the positive reviews on Glassdoor are posted by marketing and talent. They have sent out emails to employees to ask them to write positive reviews on Glassdoor and Google because they know that current employees and former employees are very unsatisfied working here. I have these emails saved on my phone. There is no such thing as job security unless you’re an executive. They constantly let people go and replace them with people in India. Clients are pissed. One client has recently commented on a Greenway Facebook page post about how unhappy they are and that nobody ever talks to them or helps them with their issues. They also stated that their AR was significantly increasing and never being worked because there are not enough workers in GRS. And that’s what you get for replacing us with outsourced work. They tell you months in advance that you’re not going to lose your job that you’re roll is just changing. The pay is the lowest in the industry. Change is CONSTANT and never for the better. Every dept is being outsourced in India. My last two months at Greenway were spent doing manager level duties without any pay increase or help AND I was training Omega and Access Healthcare (India partners) to do my job. Then about 60+ of us were let go. My supervisor and manager never answered my questions when I needed help. I was flat out ignored most days unless they needed something from me. Oh and have I mentioned the positive reviews by HR and talent?
