Pros

There is not a single thing I can say that is positive.

Cons

Upper managment made a negative and toxic work place. They should start adhering to their corporate culture and accept Extreme Ownership for Having a person in a position for 3 plus years who has ZERO Experience in the Department she runs. She has made the employees jobs harder and has also them to take blame for her lack of experience.

Pros

If you’re in sales you’ll make good money, if you’re into their philosophy you may enjoy it. It is a rapidly growing company

Cons

I enjoyed my job until Groundworks took over. They take away your responsibilities and eliminate you so everything is at the corporate level and everyone else sells and installs. The culture went downhill and became aggressive, numbers focused and very unoriginal and competitive. Top level operates fueled on a vendetta against competitors, make themselves look like a growing company with a lot to offer. From my experience those in the trenches get overworked and under-appreciated or done away with all together. Whatever it takes to be the biggest and “best” in the industry.

Pros

The check has never bounced. The companies that they acquire are usually good, if you're lucky Groundworks company men won't be in a management position over you. The construction side of the business is interesting.

Cons

They claim that one of their values is "embrace meritocracy" meanwhile several of the branch managers and regional managers are only in there because they knew the COO, not because they know anything about the construction industry. Micromanagement is rampant and you'll find that ignoring them and doing it your own way is almost always the best way to get the job done. Lots a paper alpha military worship they have a poster that says "use the laws of combat", that's just buzzwords, we're supposed to be serving our customers not fighting them. The only resemblance that this company has to the military is the abuse, inefficiency, wasting your time with useless meetings, and crappy pay.
