Old management was great but new management is literally clueless. No plan and no vision.

Cons

CEO Andy Noga and his legal team which weaponized GuideOne's Code of Conduct to throw out qualified people without any transparency

Able to work remotely... like everyone else these days.

Cons

Managers not willing or able to invest in employees. No loyalty to employees, very cutthroat. Minimal actual underwriting.

Pros

The Coworkers are nice people.

Cons

A few members of SLT and management ruin it for everyone else. The place is rife with high school drama. Very expense driven. No meaningful employee appreciation. Many will throw you under the bus/stab you in the back to get ahead. Employee opinions are ignored. Communication is poor. All of these issues start at the very top and echo throughout the organization.
