A lot of management and no direction. Not a lot of communication from the top down. Does not promote within the company regardless of skillset or experience. Employees give the same constructive feedback year after year about working there and their dissatisfaction and no positive changes are made. Very behind on technology for employees and customers. Decisions are made without consulting individuals that would possess crucial knowledge.
