Pros

Parking is free, although that's expected outside of downtown. Expect a long walk if you get in after 8am. Lunch is free although you won't want to eat what they serve. Employee gardens are available.

Cons

Max 3% raise annually regardless of performance, bonuses are low or nonexistent, and base salary is not competitive with other companies in the area. Health insurance rates are poor, no home/auto discount for employees now that personal lines is sold, company and employees have created a culture that is afraid of change and technology. Vital systems go down on a weekly basis sometimes for hours at a time. Building is old and leaking with plumbing issues.

Pros

The benefits package was very good as they offered 3 weeks where most companies give you 2 weeks, they have a credit union, free meals, and other perks. Most of the managers are professional and very helpful.

Cons

If you are well liked you will get promoted as its not solely based on merits. Pay is not comparable to other companies in the industry.
