The management will put you to your closest H&R Block office. Save you a gas atleast. You can work according to your availability (lucky if you have long hours). 3 stars because of friendly tax pros.

Cons

The schedule kept changing. For example today you'll see your schedule for next week having almost everyday working schedule but after checking your schedule for two or three days after, you’ll see your next week schedule is almost empty which means you ended up having one day working schedule and gave you just two and half hours to work. Or sometimes you don’t have work schedule on Thursday then suddenly you are scheduled to work on that day . It’s very unorganized. Four or five of you as CSP but giving the most working schedule to only two CSPs. Not sure what’s behind the story but useless to give your whole day availability if you’re just scheduled for just 2 hrs or 2 and half hours in a week. You’ll experience people yell at you saying not to call them again and again and hang up the phone while you’re talking. CSPs who already worked for years acting like they’re the only one working when the manager is present.
