Pros

If you are looking to become a Tax Professional and/or a Tax Advisor this can be a very good job for you. It can give you study tools and practice for a 40 to 80 Hour non real time exam. But the work is in real-time and they start you where they need you at the front. The Tax Pros are so wonderful and helpful.

Cons

Retail position with no set schedule no advance notice ever. Poor communication no email was ever used except for Campaign Calls. Breaks were rarely offered.
