Pros

The office I worked in had really great people and a rather relaxed environment.

Cons

The Pay was extremely low for the type of administrative and access to very sensitive data.

Pros

When you're lucky enough to get paired with the right tax professionals at your office, it can be quite a pleasurable experience. Job is extremely easy, and I had a lot of downtime. I was also able to file my taxes for free.

Cons

There was a lack of support and understanding from upper management. Technology is outdated and often buggy.
