Pros

Casual environment. Probably the best call center if you have to work in a call center. 401k match dollar for dollar. Free parking in heated garage, onsite cafeteria, many discounts to local events.

Cons

Only certain people advance. Others cannot move around within the company no matter what your education and training is. I could never figure out how to become one of those certain people.

Pros

My co-workers were nice, and the environment was pretty casual. The work wasn't too difficult. I really just checked the tax documents to make sure that they were in the correct order and that all papers were signed.

Cons

I worked in the filing room, and it was SO COLD. I've always hated the smell and taste of coffee, but I forced myself to drink it (full of cream and sugar) in order to stay warm.
