Pros

Partnerships and collaboration are very good and I was able to accomplish a lot of goals. My leader supported me well and gave me tools I needed to be successful. Great peer relationships.

Cons

Senior leaders don't exhibit good leadership skills. Many promotions at the time were given to those that were not skilled in leading. This was based on growing up in the business. That is highly valued.

Proud history of creating the assisted tax preparation industry. Great culture that focused on serving clients. Longevity and experience of our tax professionals is incredible.

Cons

Company has struggled growing new clients and revenue. Culture in tax offices varies due to seasonal office leadership. Downsizing limits potential for upward mobility for career paths.
