Great place to work with good, down to earth people

Pros

The people are great, the outlook for the company is healthy and it's got a great atmosphere. The leadership team is personable and seem to be taking the company in the right direction. The headquarters is right in the heart of Kansas City and a beautiful new building with lots going on all around.

Cons

Only real con is that it is in the Midwest but Kansas City is great.

Good pay, friendly atmosphere, great coworkers. Most of the time it is a rewarding environment. Most people try to work together for the benefit of the company.

Cons

Poor management, selective appreciation. Leaders worked Ina small group and didn't listen to everyone's input. Don't think the future looks bright for the Kaysville location.

Bad managers are allowed to continue if they produce numbers. Yearly reorgs produces a very political environment. Prior leadership lacked long term vision
