Pros

During the summer, the workload is not as stressful because there are not as many offices to oversee or associates to manage. The company is very focused on professional growth for everyone in the organization.

Cons

DMs extremely long hours the 4 months during tax season and the 5 months leading to tax season. All associate must be interviewed every year in order to come back to work for the organization.
