Flexibility of hours employees dedicated to their craft convenient locations reputation for being an industry leader remodeled offices in every district

Cons

too many hours lack of respect from senior management poor communication from senior management inconsistent messages too many offices for DMs to manage effectively

It is a respectful workplace that also has a fun loving side to it.

Cons

Very tough market with a lot more choice for consumers than 10 years ago. Seasonal staff can be a challenge to motivate and retain.
