Good to employees, nice pay and benefits. Flexible and good part time seasonal job . Would recommend to parents

Pros

Very informative, working there as a receptionist taught me a lot about taxes (especially when doing data entry). The work isn't difficult, and I generally had a good experience.

Cons

The training videos are just awful, so horrible to sit through.
